Before confirming your order, kindly review the policy outlined below.

AYMF does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each piece is made to order and individually crafted according to the client’s selected preferences and measurements. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Quality Assurance & Exceptional Circumstances

At AYMF, every creation undergoes meticulous quality inspection and careful packaging prior to shipment. It is virtually impossible for a piece to arrive with damage.

However, in the rare and exceptional circumstance that an item is received with damage related to

delivery, clients are kindly requested to notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide clear photographic documentation for assessment.

In such exceptional cases, AYMF will review the matter and, where deemed appropriate, arrange a repair of the item. Please note that returns, exchanges, and refunds are not offered under any circumstances, including damaged items.
