All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, AYMF will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and may change without prior notice.

We currently accept the following payment methods:
• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa and MasterCard
• Western Union: Manual payment confirmed by our team before order processing

All card payments are processed through secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. AYMF does not store card details.

Orders paid via Western Union will be processed only after payment confirmation.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times:
• GCC Priority (Dubai, Doha, Saudi Arabia): 1 working day after dispatch
• International Orders: 4–12 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

The following items are non-returnable:
• Final sale items
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by AYMF.
